REFUND POLICY

• We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and white ribbon, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or prove of purchase.
• To start a return, you can contact us at Ehkhoshdress.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• if your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

EXCHANGES

• There is no international exchange policy at khoshdress
• The seller is not responsible for any defects after the dress is delivered to the customer. khoshdress does not ship dresses with defects. Every order is going through a quality control, which is made by a professional and experienced staff member.
